Completări necesare la Strategia naţională de apărare

The article discusses the gaps found in the National Defence Strategynat the level of its contents and highlightes the fact that the national dimension dissapeared is completly out of the question, especially regarding the issue of the Romanian communities abroad. Due to the fact that Romania`s geopolitical vocation depends on the safekeeping of its diaspora and historical communities, the official document becomes, itself, a risk at the national security.
