Tinerii Şcolii Sociologice de la Bucureşti – din perspectiva unităţii sufleteşti

The present article aims to analyse the Romanian society, starting from the idea that, although we are in a Centenary year, the imperative of Romania's spiritual unification remained in the shadow of the past. Thus, in defining the evolution of Romania at its 100th anniversary of the Great Union, we will bring into question the beginning of the process of the soul unification due to the student teams of the Sociological School in Bucharest that conducted their monographic type of research. In this respect, the introduction of the Social Service Law will be discussed, an intiative which made possible the direct contact between the young elite with the village and its problems. The article will also address the establishment of the communist regime in Romania that led to the liquidation of the national elite. Also, we will describe the problem of the functional illiteracy, which prevents the young generation of today to realize the dream of unification. Thus, a comparison is needed between today's Romania which, although in a year of considerable importance, is more disunited than ever, and Greater Romania from 100 years ago. We will outline the cause of this identity crisis: the establishment of the communist regime, but also the effect that this criminal regime had on the subsequent evolution of Romania.
