Rezumat

Prezentul material își propune să ofere cititorului o radiografie a structurii societale și a modului în care dezechilibrul din țara noastră a făcut posibilă apariția unui fenomen de emigrare de o amploare semnificativă la nivelul istoriei. Cadrul teoretic pornește de la definiția etnicului (Băncilă) și prezentarea elementelor ce pot aduce dezechilibru social, toate acestea explicate prin intermediul legii paralelismului sociologic (Gusti). Prin analiza datelor economice asupra nivelului de taxare a muncii în ultimii 30 de ani, se poate observa faptul că alegerea de a emigra a fost indusă în mod indirect prin crearea unei pături superpuse (Eminescu) care printr-un deficit de competență în gestionarea bugetului național, au ales calea ușoară, adică o perpetuă creștere de taxe tocmai celor cărora trebuia să le înlesnească viața economică. Criza majoră nu vine din faptul că fondul biologic apt de muncă este înstrăinat de propria țară, ci din faptul că se încurajează ca această stare de fapt să fie întreținută.
